Step 1:

Grind onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilli to make a coarse paste. Separately, grind coriander and mint(optional) into a paste.

Step 2:

Heat oil in a pan, add jeera (cumin seeds), mustard seeds, and curry leaves. Then, add the onion paste and sauté until it releases oil.

Step 3:

Next, mix chopped tomatoes into the mixture and add haldi/turmeric powder, HeriMore Coriander/Dhaniya Powder, and HeriMore Amritsari Pindi Chole Masala. Let it cook until the mixture releases oil.

Step 4:

Lastly add in the boiled white peas and green paste. Cook it for 2-3 minutes. Add salt according to taste. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon.

Pro Tip: After preparing the dish, cover and leave it for half an hour to allow the flavours to meld and enhance, ensuring maximum taste of the masala.
